Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern PYTROPS’ relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term PYTROPS’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Suite 725, 6 The Broadway, Mill Hill London NW7 3LL. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

General Conditions of Sale

  1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  2. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.
  3. After selecting your payment method on the order processing screen, you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated, subject to our terms and conditions.

Payment

  1. Payment is accepted by the following debit/credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Debit, BACS, CHAPS and cheque and this must be received prior to delivery of goods. Accounts are available for Government Bodies and Educational Establishments; they are also available to Ltd Company’s subject to status.
  2. All products remain the property of PYTROPS until payment has been received in full.
  3. All prices stated on the website are fixed; PYTROPS reserves the right to change prices. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.
  4. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' price or if due to an error or emission the price published for the goods on our website is incorrect. Should this situation arise we will inform you of the correct Price and give you the option to cancel your order.

Delivery

  1. No guarantees are given for next day delivery. However, our mission is to achieve this where possible.
  2. If an item is out of stock at the time of order we will inform you along with the products lead time and give you the option to wait for delivery, choose a replacement item or cancel your order.
  3. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
  4. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made or delayed by you at delivery.
  5. We can only deliver to the card registered address for your first order, subsequent orders may go to an alternative address

Suitability of Goods

  1. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, you should check specifications and suitability with the appropriate manufacturer before ordering.
  2. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

Returns / Faulty Goods

  1. All faulty goods must be reported to PYTROPS by calling 0843 289 3656, who will then either replace the goods or carry out repair under the terms of your warranty.
  2. The cooling off period [as described in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000] is 7 working days from the day after the date of receipt of the goods. If you are not fully satisfied with the Goods and Services supplied by us, you have the right to cancel your order within "the cooling off period". When an order is cancelled, all money paid is reimbursed within 30 days of cancellation. Normally this will mean re-crediting the consumer's credit card (or other payment card) account if this was the method of payment used, or repaying the lender if some other form of credit was used for payment. In addition, all our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise stated).
  3. In case of cancellation, the consumer will be responsible for the return of the goods to PYTROPS. If the Customer requests us to arrange the collecting of the goods, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  4. Business users will be charged an administration charge of 15% and the original carriage charge. You are responsible for the return carriage and insurance of the goods back to ourselves.
  5. For business users the return of goods is entirely at our discretion.
  6. Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
  7. We are legally obliged to return your money within 30 days the latest. However, should you fail to return the goods after a full refund we can charge you the direct costs of recovery and offset the amount against the refund due.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason un-enforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the reaming terms and conditions.

Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.
